

The Lemmons Company’s mission is to represent our manufacturers with total integrity, through developing and maintaining successful relationships with our employees, manufacturers, distributors and operators.
In business since 1957, third generation leadership is in place with John Culin, President and CEO, and Jennifer Nickels, Executive Vice President. The Lemmons Company employs close to one hundred employees all participating in ownership through our professionally managed Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The Lemmons Company currently operates in the Southwest United States including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Our sales strategy is to achieve our manufacturer’s objectives through a focused effort on operators and distributors. The Lemmons Company employs over seventy five highly trained and educated salespeople bringing great value to our customers. We have a strategic markets division that has salespeople dedicated to the following industry segments: K-12, chain accounts, healthcare, college/universities, business and industry, hospitality and c-store. Currently we have three executive chefs, seven registered dieticians, and seventeen additional salespeople working in the strategic markets division. Focused against broadline distribution are the remaining forty eight salespeople.
The Lemmons Company’s K-12 School Department is a nationally recognized team covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico with twelve sales professionals. Jennifer Nickels, Executive Vice President, oversees the department and Steve Hume is the department manager. Our department specializes in commodity processing and selling products placed on commercial bids, and we offer unique services to school directors insuring 100% utilization of commodity bid awards.
Our Dallas headquarters, purchased in 2002 with an investment of over two million dollars, has 17,500 square feet of air conditioned space spread over three acres. This one of a kind facility has a branded concept food center, multi-media meeting room, conference center, full test kitchen, interior courtyard for outdoor cooking and entertaining, and private offices for thirty five employees.
Manufacturers receive full scale sales and marketing services individualized to meet their needs. We keep the number of manufacturers to a minimum in order to focus on their objectives and needs. Our long history of hard work and determination, coupled with the close relationships developed with customers, has resulted in the continued growth of The Lemmons Company.
